Learning to windsurf is EASY and FUN!
You have to start with the right equipment and a good teacher. The trainee will be given fun exercises that fit their skills and take the waves and wind into account. Anyone could do these!
The beginners’ windsurfing lessons take place in an empty beach, in shallow water near the shore and with no waves. Accommodation in Hundimajutus is also nearby.
Advanced windsurfers who have their own equipment will be taught what they need, including harness, planing, footstraps, beach start, water start, haul, tacking, planing gybe and quicker tacking (necessary if you have a smaller board).

Location
Drive towards Virtsu from Tallinn and turn left towards Tõstamaa and Varbla 14 km before Virtsu, after the Karuse church. If you come from Pärnu, you can drive through Tõstamaa or take the Paadremaa road through Mõtsu.
There is a signpost in Varbla “Varbla puhkeküla Ranna Motell 4 km”. Drive 2.7 km on that road and then turn left. There’s a small wooden sign on the turn “Surfhunt 2 km”. At the end of the second kilometre, you’ll see a brown oblong house with a large terrace bathing in the sun, a Mistral flag flying in front of the door. And here you are!
