Valgeranna health trail has various sports opportunities. There are three lap distances: 500 m, 1 km and 3 km. The shortest trail is affordable for beginner athletes and children; the strong ascent to the dunes of Valgeranna on the longest track requires a little more effort. 500 m and 1 km trails are lit.
There is a very actively used disc golf track along the same trail. In snowy winters, ski trails are also created here.The trail can be reached from several directions – from Valgeranna Adventure Park, from the road beside Valgeranna Golf Course, or from the parking lot of Villa Andropoff (3 km to the trail).

When coming from Valgeranna Adventure Park, you can leave your car in the parking lot; you can also park on the side of the road when approaching from the road next to the golf course.
