Tõstamaa health sports trail with Christmas elements and partial lighting is located in the park of Tõstamaa Manor. One part of it runs in the old park surrounding the manor and the other half runs in a more forest-like Ermistu – Tõhela protected area with old beach dunes, which forms a wider dome landscape covered with a pine forest up to 20 m high.There are ski tracks on the trail if there is snow. The trails parts with ascents and descents are as follows: 1 km flat park circuit; 2.5 km with ascents and descents; 5 km with ascents and descents.
At the beginning of the park, in the left corner, there is a children’s swing area.
