Come and experience slow moments at Tormikadaka Farm’s apiary!
During the apiary visit, we provide an overview of the life of bees and the work of a beekeeper. We take a peek into the life of a bee colony, look into the beekeeping house, and explore the techniques of a beekeeper.
The tour includes a visit to the apiary and the beekeeping house, and honey tasting. If the weather is good, we will open the hive for a close observation of the bee colony; in case of unfavorable weather, we will observe the hive’s activity through a viewing window.
We provide necessary protective clothing and equipment.
The visit is suitable for families with children, small groups of friends, and larger travel groups. If desired, beekeeping products can be purchased.
