Kihnu’s own njäputüepued (‘handicraft shop’)!
In the middle of the island, in the courtyard of Kurase centre, stands the best handicraft shop in Kihnu. Elve, the mistress of the shop, is very friendly and knows everything about Kihnu crafts. You can find everything made in Kihnu – from keyrings to weaved baskets and wooden benches.
In addition, you can have a cup of coffee here or as takeaway.
Send a postcard with a special Kihnu stamp to your family or friends – buy a postcard from the shop and ask for a special Kihnu stamp; you cannot find it anywhere else!
